Senior Abby Eason, who has contributed to 87 wins — so far — since her freshman season with the Sheridan Lady Jackets softball team, has signed a letter of intent to continue her career on the field and in the classroom at Ouachita Baptist University.

Carly Greer pitched back-to-back shutouts and the Sheridan Lady Jackets swept a 6A-South Conference doubleheader over the Watson Chapel Lady Wildcats on Thursday, April 17. The wins, coming off a split at Benton earlier in the week, improved the Lady Jackets to 11-4 overall and 6-2 in conference play entering the final two weeks of the regular season. They were set to travel to Lake Hamilton for a key league twinbill on Monday, April 21.
